LedgerGuard provides software for contract exposure, renewal workflows, and related financial decision support. You must provide accurate account information and are responsible for activity conducted under your credentials. You agree to use the service in compliance with these terms and applicable law.
You retain ownership of your content and data. We process and store it to operate LedgerGuard for your organization. We do not sell your data or use it for advertising. Data is handled with organization-level isolation, as described further in our Privacy Policy.

We engage subprocessors to deliver infrastructure and related services. We publish an up-to-date list for transparency.
We retain your data while your account is active and as required by law or for legitimate operational needs. You may request deletion, subject to legal and contractual retention requirements. Further detail appears in our Privacy Policy.
LedgerGuard is provided “as is.” While we aim for reliability, we do not guarantee uninterrupted service.
To the extent permitted by law, our total liability for claims relating to the service is limited to the fees you paid us in the twelve (12) months before the claim. Where the law does not allow such a limitation, our liability is limited to the maximum permitted by law.
We may suspend or terminate access if you violate these terms or create risk or harm to the service or others. You may stop using the service at any time. Provisions that reasonably should survive termination—including liability limitations—remain in effect.
We may update these terms from time to time. We will post the revised terms and may provide additional notice where appropriate. Continued use of the service after changes take effect constitutes acceptance of the revised terms.
