Payment processing

Payments are processed securely via Stripe. LedgerGuard does not store full card details.

How billing works

LedgerGuard is a subscription-based service. Charges are based on your selected plan and usage. Invoices and receipts are available in your billing settings where enabled.

Refund principles

Exceptions (technical issues)

If you experience a confirmed technical failure on our side—such as being charged without receiving the expected service—contact support. We will review logs and, where appropriate, provide a credit or refund.

Currency and taxes

Prices are shown in the currency presented at checkout. Applicable taxes may be added based on your billing address and local rules.
