LedgerGuard is in progress toward SOC 2 Type I. We engage qualified assessors for an independent examination of controls relevant to security and the other Trust Services Criteria applicable to our service. This page explains what that means and how to work with us during the program.
SOC 2 is an attestation report framework developed by the American Institute of Certified Public Accountants (AICPA). It evaluates controls related to security, availability, processing integrity, confidentiality, and privacy for a defined system scope.
LedgerGuard is pursuing SOC 2 Type I first; Type II is a logical follow-on once we complete Type I and establish the observation window our auditor requires.
SOC 2 is not mandated by law for every business, but it gives customers and procurement teams a structured way to review how we protect data and operate our service.
For LedgerGuard, SOC 2 is part of a sustained investment in security and trust—not a one-off checkbox—alongside tenant isolation, audit logging, and transparent subprocessors disclosure.
Our SOC 2 Type I examination is in progress. When the report is issued, eligible customers will be able to request it through our security and trust process (often under confidentiality terms). We will update this page when the program reaches defined milestones.
We partner with independent auditors qualified to issue SOC 2 reports under applicable professional standards. Evidence for the examination is collected through our security and engineering practices and reviewed as part of the audit.
The SOC 2 Type I report is not publicly downloadable yet because the examination is still in progress. When available, we will describe how customers and prospects under active evaluation can obtain a copy—typically subject to an NDA or your security review workflow. Until then, contact security with the questionnaire or diligence context you need; we share posture materials where appropriate.
Yes. Send security or vendor-risk questionnaires to our team with your organization name and timeline. If you prefer a general inquiry, use the contact page—we route trust and diligence requests to the right owners.
For SOC 2 timing, questionnaires, or additional assurance needs, reach out with your organization and procurement context.
